Rachel Hudson joins Home Property Law as Associate Partner to boost its Cheshire offering

Rachel’s extensive expertise also includes handling complex property transactions for high-net-worth individuals across Wilmslow, Alderley Edge, Prestbury and Knutsford, including sports and social media personalities, pension schemes, limited companies and overseas purchasers.

With her strong reputation for handling complex property transactions, Rachel is a valuable addition to the rapidly growing Cheshire team. Her expertise extends to a wide range of property matters, including newbuilds, properties bought and sold at auction and the sale and purchase of land. In addition, Rachel regularly advises clients on secured lending for property portfolios and is well-versed in managing all the legal intricacies of the conveyancing process.

Rachel will be joining the growing team at Home Property Law and will work closely with Cordelia Grassby, the practice’s Head of Conveyancing.
